Story
Story? I have no bloody idea. This song must be from 1998 or so. I would imagine it predates the formation of The Carter Administration. I seem to remember thinking bits of it were OK Computer-esque. Maybe that was a different song.
When I wrote it, when I sang it and even now as I listen to it, I think of leaving the house of a college girlfriend who lived way the hell out of town back in the woods. But the lyrics have nothing to do with anything. It’s just a mood.
