A digital Holga?

I love the idea of a digital Holga. My problem with Micro 4/3rds cameras is that they do too much. They’re too pro for an amateur user like myself. I’d like something stupidly simple with a lack of features. But something with more personality than a camera phone or point-and-shoot. The designer of this rendering of a Holga D, Saikat Biswas, wonders if this kind of camera could succeed as an open source project.
